Caciotta in pistachio crust

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 200 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 50 g shelled pistachios
- 1 tablespoon of honey (preferably mixed-flower honey)
- 1 sprig of rosemary (optional)
Preparation
1.
Chop the pistachios finely.

Cut the caciotta into slices about 1 cm thick.

Heat the honey in a nonstick pan for a few seconds, then lay the caciotta slices in the pan and cook them for 1-2 minutes per side so they turn golden brown.

Once golden brown, roll the caciotta slices in the chopped pistachios.
5.
Arrange on an appetizer plate, garnish with rosemary (if you like) and serve!
