The journey at Fattoria Rossi begins with our stables, where animal welfare is our priority.
Here you will find several dedicated areas: stables for cows in production, where the animals are cared for with the utmost attention; stables for cows at rest, which enjoy comfortable spaces to recover their energy; a weaning barn, where young calves grow up in a protected environment; and an area dedicated exclusively to baby calves, with all the care they need for their first months of life.

The milking parlor – The heart of our tradition
The journey continues in our milking parlor, the beating heart of our milk production, where every detail is thought out to ensure maximum well-being for our cows.
The milking parlor is equipped with modern facilities that ensure maximum hygiene and comfort; the cows, divided into groups, enter it in an orderly manner and settle into their stations to be milked.
Our milking parlor is not just a place of work, but a true oasis of tranquility for our cows. Here, the milking process becomes a moment of connection between man and animal, where care, dedication and respect for nature are intertwined to produce milk of
the highest quality.

The vineyard: a bond that lives through time
The journey continues in our vineyard. This “place” is dedicated to the man who, with passion and dedication, cultivated each row as if it were a part of himself. Our dad, who loved this place so much and spent hours here in silence, tending the vines with the same attention he gave to his family.
Every year, when the vines produce their fruit, we feel that a part of him is still here, in this land he loved so much. Our vineyard is a tribute to him and his vision, a place where tradition blends with memory to give us a wine that tells our story.

The journey in Fattoria Rossi continues in our laboratory, here we create fresh products such as yogurt, pasteurized milk, panna cotta, pudding, spreadable cheeses…

Every day we work with precision, following the ancient traditions of milk processing, but always with an eye toward innovation, to offer fresh and genuine products that speak of us, our land and our passion.

The maturing warehouse: the custodian of our Parmigiano Reggiano.
The journey continues in our aging warehouse where each wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano reaches its perfection through time and patience. Here, our cheese begins its journey to excellence.
Each wheel is checked throughout the aging process. Our experts are always present to ensure that temperature and humidity conditions are ideal, resulting in a perfect product at every stage of maturation. Maturing is an art that requires patience, but also a deep knowledge of the traditions and secrets that make Parmigiano Reggiano a unique cheese in the world.
In our warehouse, time becomes our ally: each passing day gives our Parmigiano Reggiano its character, richness of flavor and complexity. Each cheese wheel is a work of art that tells the story of our land and our passion for quality.

The hives: the world of our bees and their honey
The journey continues in our apiary, a corner of nature where our bees do their precious and laborious work. Here, among the lushly growing flowers, the bees are the protagonists of an ancient and fascinating process that leads to the production of our honey, rich in flavor and nourishment.
There are several hives, each dedicated to a group of bees working tirelessly to collect pollen and nectar from the surrounding flowers. The hives are located in quiet spaces away from noise, allowing the bees to work peacefully, respecting their natural rhythms.
Our apiary is not only a place of work, but also a protected habitat for bees, essential for biodiversity and the health of our environment.
Each season we harvest honey in a gentle way, never disrupting the ecological balance that allows the bees to continue their life cycle. Our honey is the fruit of synergistic work between nature and man, a genuine product that encapsulates the authentic flavors of our land.

The pond: a corner of nature and life
The journey continues to our pond, an enchanting corner where nature expresses itself in its most serene and lush form. Here, among the lush vegetation and tranquil waters, various species of animals coexist, contributing to the biodiversity of our farm.
In the pond there are geese and ducks that are an integral part of our ecosystem; alongside them, fish also swim, completing this small aquatic ecosystem.

The store: a corner of tradition and taste
The journey through Fattoria Rossi ends in our store, a special place where you can discover and purchase a selection of delicacies that tell our story: from cured meats cured using traditional methods, such as prosciutto, coppa, salami… to fresh and aged cheeses, such as Parmigiano Reggiano. We welcome our customers with warmth and courtesy, offering them a direct and unique experience. Pig breeding
The journey continues to the piggery, where we raise pigs in a semi-wild state in an environment designed to ensure their well-being at every stage of growth.
Two breeds coexist here: the purebred Mora Romagnola and Large White. Every day, the animals have free access to open spaces where they can move, explore and feed themselves according to nature.
Our farm is not just a place of production, but a balanced ecosystem where every detail is designed to ensure quality and well-being. The resulting meats are compact, flavorful, and ideal for the production of our artisanal cured meats, the result of a controlled supply chain and farming knowledge that has been handed down over time.
