Our animals are born and raised on our farm, following the natural rhythms of their life cycle, without any forcing or artificial intervention. We guarantee them a serene and comfortable environment where they can develop harmoniously, fully respecting their physiological and behavioral needs.
Thenutrition we offer is equally important: our cattle are fed only fodder and grain grown in our certified organic fields, the result of careful, chemical-free processing. This approach allows us not only to ensure their well-being, but also to obtain superior quality products that reflect our commitment to sustainability and respect for nature.
Cows: the heart of dairy production
Our cows are the undisputed stars of Fattoria Rossi‘s dairy production.
Fed on organic fodder grown in our fields, they produce the milk we use to make Parmigiano Reggiano and many other dairy products of excellence. Every day we care for them with care and dedication, respecting their natural rhythms to ensure their well-being.
This allows us to obtain the highest quality milk, rich in flavor and authenticity, reminiscent of the authentic tastes of yesteryear, which are often forgotten.
Pigs: tradition in cured meats
In our pig farm, we raise carefully selected pigs to ensure the quality andunmistakable flavor of our cured meats. The animals live in a semi-wild state, free to move and grow in open spaces, a condition that promotes their well-being and is reflected in the quality of the products.
Among them, Parma ham, coppa, salami and other typical products of our tradition come to life thanks to the care we take inraising them and feeding them, based on a balanced and natural diet free of chemicals.
Respect for pigs and artisanal processing allow us to keep the gastronomic tradition of our land intact, offering products that encapsulate authentic flavors and uncompromising quality, with full respect for theenvironment and tradition.
Bees: little honey workers
Fattoria Rossi’s bees are tireless producers of honey.
In addition to providing us with their precious nectar, they play an essential role in preserving the biodiversity of our territory.
Our hives are located in a pristine natural environment, where bees can collect pollen and produce pure, rich-tasting honey.

Ducks and geese: the guardians of the pond
In our pond, surrounded by the tranquility of nature, ducks and geese live in harmony with the fish that inhabit the waters.
These animals help maintain thenatural balance of our ecosystem, creating an environment rich in biodiversity. The pond, surrounded by lush vegetation, is also a stopping point for many migratory birds that, attracted by the quiet and richness of the area, stop here during their seasonal travels.
